The Viettel Intelligent Parking Management System (V-iParking) is a digital platform that enables comprehensive connection, monitoring, and management of parking facility operations across the area. By applying advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and Big Data, the system helps optimize resources and reduce costs in managing parking facilities by region.
The subsystem provides tools to assist operators and managers in monitoring and compiling statistics on parking operators and specific facilities, thereby assessing operational efficiency and serving as a basis for planning and allocating parking spaces in line with infrastructure and actual demand.
The Viettel Public Transportation Management System (V-PTM) is designed to support government agencies in managing, monitoring, and operating public passenger transport services (such as buses, metro, etc.).
It enables supervision of driver activities, vehicle routes, travel times, adherence to designated pick-up and drop-off points, and violations such as speeding.
In addition, the system shares real-time information about stops, routes, and the locations of public transport vehicles with users.
The Viettel Traffic Identification (V-TrafficID) is designed to support traffic violation enforcement, particularly for automated (non-stop) ticketing, with capabilities for data extraction and automatic reporting.
The Viettel Traffic Information System (V-Connect) is a smart transportation application for the public, offering real-time information to help plan safe, fast, and efficient journeys.
The application integrates multiple features, including live camera feeds, navigation, traffic density maps, vehicle speed, road quality, bus data, traffic alerts, VOV news, and other useful guidance.
V-Connect also supports publishing information about traffic conditions, road status, signs, and travel instructions on public display screens, enabling users to easily access essential information, enhance their travel experience, and proactively choose optimal routes.
The Viettel Intelligent Transporation Light Control System (V-ITL) applies advanced technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) to flexibly adjust signal cycles at intersections based on actual traffic volumes collected from sensors, cameras, and other traffic data sources. This solution helps reduce congestion and optimize traffic flow in real time.
On July 3rd, a delegation of technology enterprises from the UK visited and worked with Viettel Enterprise Solutions Corporation (Viettel Solutions) - Member of the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel). This visit takes place at the time of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the UK.

From June 5th to 9th, 2023, the ADC (Asia Direct Cable) project council held a conference on the largest submarine cable project in Vietnam at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was hosted by Viettel Solutions, a member of the Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel).

The conference took place over 5 days with the participation of 8 investors, including NT, China Telecom, China Unicom, PLDT Inc., Singtel, SoftBank Corp., Tata Communications, Viettel, and contractor NEC.
The focus of the conference was to resolve any implementation issues in order to put the cable into operation early in 2024.
Within the framework of the conference, investors reviewed the project's progress, and proposed topics for discussion on both technical and commercial issues. The conference approved the plan to install equipment at the remaining landing station, and identified the predicted time to complete the landing station of the cable in Singapore, which is also the final landing point of the ADC project.
In addition, plans for integration, testing, and project acceptance, plans for training personnel at landing stations, and terms and adjustments related to the rights and responsibilities of partner members of the ADC system were also discussed in order to ensure the progress of the entire project.

In 2022, Viettel officially announced the landing of the ADC international submarine cable in Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh, Vietnam. This cable has connections to all 3 major IP hubs in the Asia region (Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore), and is also the largest submarine cable in Vietnam in terms of bandwidth.
According to the Minister of Information and Communications, the construction of new submarine cable is necessary to accelerate Vietnam's goal of becoming a Digital Hub in the region. Therefore, Vietnam needs to develop 4 to 6 new cables by 2030 and Vietnamese telecommunications companies need to take the lead, represent the investment group, and conduct research, evaluation, and investment proposals.
As the only company in Vietnam to invest in the ADC submarine cable, and the owner of the landing station of the cable in Quy Nhon and owns 18Tbps of international capacity on this cable, Viettel is becoming the company with the largest international connectivity infrastructure in Vietnam.
ADC (Asia Direct Cable) is a submarine cable about 9,800 km long connecting China (Hong Kong and Guangdong Province), Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The ADC submarine cable system is designed with 8 fiber pairs (FP) and has the capacity to transmit more than 140 Tbps of data traffic, allowing high-capacity transmission across the East Asia and Southeast Asia region.
This is a submarine cable using the most modern transmission technology, connecting countries in the Asia-Pacific region, with an initial investment of 290 million USD. ADC is capable of supporting applications with increasing bandwidth requirements, thanks to technological advances in the fields of 5G, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and Artificial Intelligence. This will continue to expand the region's telecommunications network.
On May 26th, the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) paid a visit and worked with Viettel Business Solutions Corporation (Viettel Solutions) - a member of the Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group.

The Viettel Cloud ecosystem includes data centers, technology platforms, cloud-based software services, to security technologies, management and operation services.
