By leveraging Virtual Reality (VR)/ Augmented Reality (AR)/ Mixed Reality (MR) technologies, the solution developed by Viettel Solutions supports teaching, presentation, and knowledge transfer through interactive 3D models of human anatomy in a new experience to stimulate the passion for learning. At the category honoring the “Customer Interaction Center” solution, Viettel CX Cloud - Viettel's comprehensive omnichannel call center solution for businesses, won the third gold award. Viettel CX Cloud is the first “Made in Vietnam” and “Made by Viettel” unified multi-channel customer service solution. This product is a combination of advanced technologies such as AI, Data Analytics, etc. to improve employee performance and reduce operating costs for businesses; support businesses to build, manage and operate a centralized sales/customer center, ensuring the efficiency of human management and business processes.
In 2022, Viettel made a splash in the technology field in Vietnam with the launch of the large-scale and diverse Viettel Cloud ecosystem.
