Land Information System (VBDLIS) was developed and deployed on Viettel's Cloud Computing infrastructure. The system provides comprehensive solutions for the construction, management, operation, and exploitation of land databases. This system supports decision-making related to investment, development, management, and use of land towards the goal of building digital governance, moving towards Electronic Government, and developing the economy, digital society, and smart cities.

Cadastral Subsystem

Serving the management, operation, and exploitation of cadastral database; Handling administrative procedures in the land sector; Managing and exploiting data that is being blocked from transactions (buying/selling), including Land parcels, Assets attached to land, Certificates of land use rights and Landowners on the system

  • Handling business processes: Manage cadastral database; Process administrative procedures in the land sector;
  • Managing operation: Provide an overview of the system's operating situation; Support a variety kinds of reports such as tables, charts, and maps;
  • Centralized blocking: Support management and exploitation of transaction blocking data including Land parcels, Assets attached to the land, Certificates of land use rights, and Landowners on the system;
  • Integrating and synchronizing data: Manage integration, inspection, and comparison of cadastral product packages from construction contractors; Manage local cadastral database synchronization with the national land database;
